| Abstract:Objective: To investigate the nursing ability of oncology nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: 177 nurses from tumor related departments in our hospital were selected by convenient sampling method from January to March in 2021, and a cross-sectional survey was conducted using the general data questionnaire of oncology nurses, nursing ability scale, nurse leadership questionnaire and psychological capital scale. Results: The score of nursing ability of oncology nurses was 82.50±11.65. Pearson correlation analysis showed that nursing ability of oncology nurses was significantly positively correlated with nursing leadership and psychological capital, with correlation coefficients of 0.656 and 0.733 (P<0.01), respectively. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that energy level, nurse leadership and psychological capital were the main influencing factors of nursing ability of oncology nurses (P<0.01). Conclusion: Nursing managers can pay attention to competency-based hierarchical training, strengthen the development and cultivation of nurses" leadership, improve the level of psychological capital, and then improve the nursing ability of nurses. |
