视辐射是视觉传导通路的重要部分,将视觉信息从外侧膝状体传递至枕叶视皮质。在神经外科疾病和手术并发症中,因视辐射损伤造成的视野缺损并不少见。通过一般影像解剖研究、纤维束剥离解剖研究、弥散张量纤维束成像研究,人们对视辐射解剖的认识逐渐深入。这些解剖学知识被应用到相关的手术设计和功能保护手段当中,加强了术中对视辐射的保护。 |

As a substantial part of the visual pathway, optic radiation conveys visual signal from lateral geniculate body to the occipital cortex. It is not rare to see reports of optic radiation injuries as consequences of neurosurgical diseases or neurosurgical complications. Trough general anatomical or radiological study, fiber dissection anatomy research, diffusion tensor fiber tract imaging research, the anatomical knowledge has been deepened and expanded. With all the new information added to the neurosurgical procedures, the intra-operative protection of optic radiation has been strengthened. |
