炎症在多种心血管疾病发生与进展中扮演重要角色,CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg)具有阻断由各种原因导致的过度亢进的免疫应答以及炎症反应的作用。多项研究显示,在心血管疾病患者的外周血中,CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg水平明显下降。本文就外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg水平与心血管病变之间的关联作一综述。 |

Abstract: |
Inflammation plays an important role in the development of various cardiovascular diseases. CD4+CD25+Foxp3+regulatory T cells (CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg) can inhibit immune overreaction and inflammatory response. A number of recent studies have shown that the level of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg decreased significantly in the peripheral blood of patients with cardiovascular diseases. This paper reviews the correlation between the level of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg in peripheral blood and cardiovascular disease. |
